Professional Land Surveyor (Pls) Opportunity
Selectek is searching for a skilled Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join a reputable Civil Engineering and Surveying firm in West Alabama. This position focuses on conducting land surveys and producing topographic maps for residential, commercial, institutional, and utility development projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, and Utility Surveys. Create and deliver accurate topographic maps and land survey documentation. Operate and utilize advanced surveying equipment, including GPS and Total Station software. Develop cost estimates for survey projects. Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion. Mentor junior surveyors and provide technical guidance. Requirements: Must hold a valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License in Alabama. Proficiency with survey equipment, Total Stations, GPS software, and AutoCAD. Strong independent work capabilities and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with a variety of project types, including residential, commercial, and utility developments.
