Credit Coordinator
The Credit Coordinator role will partner with Area Credit Managers to provide a high level of customer service regarding credit related questions, handle lien waiver requests, and other duties. This role will be a strategic partner by working closely with the credit team, branch teams, and our customers. Responsibilities include: High-volume collection calls on AR Processing check and credit card payments Maintain notes in the company computer system on accounts Capacity to handle lien waiver requests May include cash application interaction Participate in credit team meetings, key performance indicator reviews Works closely with Area Credit Managers Interact and respond to customer requests Answer calls to assist branches and customers Requirements we look for: Credit/collection experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Have a working knowledge of waivers Customer service training Qualities that stir our souls: Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of people, positions, and situations Effective written and verbal skills Ability to efficiently multi-task Analytical skills Decisive and self-motivated Ability to handle a fast-paced environment SRS Perks & Benefits: Weekly Pay Day One 401(k) Plan participation with Generous Company Match Generous Paid Time Off, Holidays, Birthday, and Floating Holidays and more Paid Parental Leave Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits Employee Referral Bonus Program Equal Opportunity Employer.
