What youll do The Head of the Process & Systems team oversees and coordinates the activities of the Process & Systems Managers & Experts, ensuring successful delivery of supply chain innovation projects. This individual manages the team's workload, provides leadership, and ensures the team delivers on innovation projects with measurable financial and operational impacts. In addition to leading the team, this manager will also drive their own improvement initiatives and contribute to broader supply chain strategic goals. Manage and lead a team of Process & Systems Managers & Specialists, ensuring that resources are effectively allocated across multiple projects and initiatives. Coordinate and prioritize the team's activities ensuring timely execution of projects. Oversee the progress of all innovation projects managed by the Process & Systems team, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality. Serve as the escalation point for any issues, risks, or roadblocks faced by the Process & Systems team, working to resolve them with key stakeholders. Lead and manage own innovation projects, working alongside the team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and innovation within the supply chain and develop solutions to drive these improvements. Work closely with the Supply Chain Performance Managers, Knowledge Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution of supply chain improvement initiatives. Regularly communicate project updates, performance metrics, and successes to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the Process & Systems team, ensuring that processes, tools, and methodologies are continually evaluated and enhanced. Partner with the Knowledge Manager to ensure process improvements are institutionalized across the organization and are supported by adequate training. Assist team members in their career development, identifying opportunities for upskilling and growth across functions within the organization. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree or PMP certification preferred. 5+ years of experience in supply chain project management, systems implementation, or process optimization. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to successful completion. Expertise with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in process and systems innovation, with a track record of measurable improvements. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
