Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Sunnyvale, CA Type: Part-time Contract Duration: 6-12 Months (Possible Extension) Pay Range: $30-$35/h but open to higher if needed Responsibilities
Generate purchase orders when required. Manage vendor payments, process vendor payments including monthly and timely, and accurately, and comply with company internal controls, policies, and procedures. Take the lead in resolving purchase order, purchase request, and invoice issues with internal and external parties. Perform ad-hoc accounting and financial duties as assigned. Skills

BS or BA in economics, accounting, finance, business, or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Excellent communication skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin is required due to communication requirements with the team in HQ in China). Proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
