The posted compensation range of $21.80 - $31.62/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Program Therapist - Partial Hospitalization. No evenings or weekends. Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals. Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient. Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program. Master's Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work. Must have an active license in state of practice - NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP. BLS (Basic Life Support) required. Unless directed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis.
