As an Audio Technician, you'll work closely with our Head, Assistant Head, and department Leads to help bring the show to life each night. From performances to rehearsals and maintenance, you'll play a key role in delivering the unexpected, every time! You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. The Starting Rate: $39.55 / Per Hour The Day-To-Day: Run audio department cue tracks, operate and troubleshoot audio, RF, video, communication equipment, and computer networks/systems as directed for performances, artist training, and maintenance Develop thorough knowledge of all audio department equipment specific to the production to ensure safe and effective operation Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to support timely repair and upkeep of audio systems Maintain a flexible schedule to support work calls, special events, rehearsals/training, maintenance, and evening show performances The Ideal Candidate: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays Three (3) years of in-depth experience with large-scale production as a professional audio technician Proficient in repairing audio, RF, video, communications and computer networking The Perks & Benefits: Free meals in our Luxor employee dining room Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts
