Parts Support Representative
As a Parts Support Representative, you will be responsible for accurately quoting all OEM parts required by current and upcoming customers. You will work closely with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to ensure that accurate information is provided to customers. This role involves direct communication with customers throughout the entire order process, managing, solving, and reporting any issues that may arise. Responsibilities
Provide accurate quotations for OEM parts to customers. Collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to ensure accurate customer information. Communicate directly with customers throughout the entire order process. Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the quoting and ordering process. Provide quotes for all products during the project planning stage. Utilize Epicor ERP software, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office for daily tasks. Travel to mining sites to meet with clients as required. Essential Skills
Proficiency in customer service and sales support. Experience with Microsoft Office applications. Strong data entry skills. Minimum of 2 years in customer service, customer relations, or sales. Additional Skills & Qualifications
