As a Product Manager you will manage a small team of product management professionals focusing on financial analysis, technical, and customer support for assigned product line(s). You will be responsible for the product line roadmap and ensuring that product strategies align with organizational business goals. You will manage work activities, monitor the status of projects, and serve as an escalation point for questions. About Your Role:

Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%) Manages plans and activities for the assigned product lines to ensure financial objectives are achieved. (30%) Contributes to product line strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provides commercial information related to pricing, forecasting, and budgeting to support sales, product development, and marketing teams. Offers technical support and training to internal teams, ensuring product knowledge alignment. (10%) Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures the team is prepared to support new product business cases within the set timeframe and budget. (10%) Other duties as assigned. About You:

Education: Bachelor's or university degree Experience: Background in switching applications within the Automotive, Commercial Vehicle, or Industrial markets. 5 to 7 years of previous experience in product management, marketing, sales or related roles. Management experience Deep knowledge of product management preferred Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word SAP/Business Warehouse knowledge desired Fluency in English language (Written/Spoken) Teamwork Good communication skills: must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form. Self-Starter Analytical mindset Salary Range: $99,700 - $139,480 The salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
