The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cint plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of our Sales teams. As a Sales Development Representative on the team, you will spearhead early-stage conversations with prospective clients, generating excitement around Cint's innovative solutions for advertising research. What you will do Land meetings with key decision-makers: Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients. What We Are Looking For Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment: Enjoys working with a diverse team, contributing to a positive and competitive team spirit. Proven track record of success: At least 1 year of experience as an SDR, demonstrating a consistent and passion to generate qualified leads through cross-channel campaigns and personalized targeting. A highly motivated and results-oriented individual: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, independent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to outreach. An appreciation of the importance of market research to brands and agencies. Enthusiastic and driven: Excels at prospecting, building relationships, and developing creative solutions to address client needs. Anticipated Salary Range (US Only): The anticipated pay range for this role is $36,000 to $45,000 annual base salary ($17.37 - $21.63 hourly) with on target annual commission of $15,840 - $19,800.
