AECOM Tishman has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified MEP Sr. Project Manager with healthcare/ambulatory services/life sciences experience for our exciting construction project in West Chester County (White Plains), NY. Apply today! Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. Since 1898, AECOM Tishman has managed some of the largest and most complex mixed-use and mega development projects in the U.S., in total building more than 600 million square feet. the AECOM Tishman legacy is one that is even stronger today, constructing buildings that define city skylines and local neighborhoods. Minimum requirements: BA/BS Mechanical, Electrical Engineering/Construction Management or similar curriculum and 10 years of construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Healthcare, ambulatory care, life sciences construction experience. Preferred requirements: 10 + years of experience in construction. Strong MEP skills. Strong experience in Construction Project Management from a large General Contractor. Experience working on construction projects in excess of 30MM. Extensive knowledge of construction in the field of healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care or life sciences. Experience as a Superintendent performing construction activities in an occupied building. OSHA 30. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
