In this role, you will provide high-level administrative and project support to key members of the Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) leadership team

specifically, the Vice President of Clinical Research & Medical Science (CRMS) and the Chief Financial Officer. This position is based onsite at our Lafayette, CO facility. You will play a critical role in the operational effectiveness of the ENT business. The position requires exceptional organization, the ability to manage competing priorities, and clear, confident communication. You'll independently handle a wide range of complex administrative and project tasks, taking initiative to anticipate and meet the needs of senior leaders. Daily responsibilities include travel coordination, expense reporting, support for on-site and remote activities, and use of various Medtronic software systems. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Coordinate complex meeting logistics across multiple time zones, including scheduling, preparing agendas, sending reminders, arranging catering (when applicable), and capturing meeting notes or action items. Manage calendars for senior leaders, including scheduling and adjusting meetings, and prioritizing urgent or sensitive matters. Process and track expense reports for leadership and their teams. Route contracts for signatures and handle invoice processing. Support functional operations in CRMS and Finance, including maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites, organizing team documentation, and coordinating monthly team meetings. Assist with project coordination by tracking timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. Prepare reports related to projects and budgets, integrating data from multiple sources under the guidance of leadership. Location: Lafayette, CO This is an on-site position and requires to be in the office in Lafayette, CO. Must Have (Minimum Requirements): Requires broad practical knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education. Requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications): Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of 4 years' experience providing executive-level administrative support. Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented; consistently ensures accuracy in spelling, grammar, formatting, and overall document presentation. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically across all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create tables, charts, graphs, and reports from various data sources. Salary ranges for U.S (excl.
