The House Supervisor has responsibility for the management of the hospital nursing units, other patient care areas and the hospital in general. Responsibilities require knowledge of hospital and nursing policies and procedures. This position works closely with Department Directors, Charge Nurses, Patient Placement Coordinators and Physicians to ensure proper patient placement, appropriateness of admission status, and appropriateness of staffing levels to support the delivery of high quality patient care. Education

BSN preferred. Experience

Minimum of five years clinical experience required. Charge experience or equivalent required. Management experience strongly preferred. Licensure/Credentials

Current Washington State RN license required. BLS required. ACLS, PALS, NRP recommended.
