The Director of Human Resources Business Services is a key member of the HR senior leadership team responsible for managing a high-performing team of HR Business Partners who support our business units in delivering people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth. The Director will be an advisor to senior leadership, translating business strategies into HR strategies through effective partnership and collaboration. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), the Director is responsible for guiding and developing HRBPs while empowering their team to drive business success through effective people management practices. Job Responsibilities: Lead, mentor and develop a team of HRBPs aligned to various business functions in the day-to-day work, helping them navigate complex situations and develop their skills. Partner closely with senior management to shape and execute workforce strategies that support business objectives. Translate business strategy into HR strategies and priorities, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization. Provide coaching and development to HRBPs to enhance their effectiveness as strategic partners. Foster a high-performance culture within the HRBP team, emphasizing collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, providing insights on organizational design, talent planning, performance, and leadership development. Support complex Associate relations and organizational development needs through expert guidance and risk mitigation. Possess deep understanding and practical application of HR laws and regulations with specific expertise in associate relations and leaves of absence, ensuring legal compliance and fair treatment. Monitor and assess the impact of HR initiatives and recommend adjustments based on data and business feedback. Develop a deep understanding of the business, including its strategy, goals, and performance. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Talent Management, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Culture & Inclusion to deliver integrated HR solutions. Serve as a liaison between COEs and business units to ensure HR programs meet the evolving needs of the business. Ensure consistent communication and alignment across HR and business teams during periods of change. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, HR management or a related field Graduate degree preferred 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience 5-10+ years of HRBP experience Proven experience working with senior executives and influencing decision-making at the highest levels. Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and change management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Prepares and works with other key stakeholders and presents recommendations regarding people strategies to support the achievement of business objectives. Strong understanding of the processes, policies and systems in HR. Ability to interpret the needs of various stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support of an overall business strategy. High degree of business acumen, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and lead teams. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Team player and results oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environment. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PHR or SPHR preferred. Salary Range: $156,562.00 - $257,207.50 Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidates experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
