The Software Enterprise Sales team is a group within Motorola Solutions, Inc. that provides industry leading, next generation Citizen Engagement, 9-1-1 Call Taking, Computer Aided Dispatch, Records Management, Jail Management, Public Service 311, and analytics software applications to the Public Safety and Public Service markets. No other company has the breadth and depth of technology and experience to deliver end to end public safety applications and mission critical voice and data communications systems. Job Description
This role will focus on driving new logos/ARR across public safety agencies and providing AI-Enhance GTM Acceleration to expand our SaaS sales of drone detection and response solutions within the current customer base across North America. Responsibilities
Program Leadership: Serve as the single point of ownership. Manage the project from inception through execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between sales, product management, marketing, and sales operations to ensure all teams are aligned and the sales force has the collateral and support needed to succeed. Performance Management: Manage and operationalize the "SaaS Performance Dashboard" in Salesforce. Track all KPIs, report progress to executive leadership, and use data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement. Strategic Execution: Drive the engagement strategy for our top high-value target accounts. Work with ASMs to ensure they are executing tailored engagement blueprints and building multi-product solution proposals. Work with the customer using the necessary sales tools to develop a robust strategy in order to become a trusted adviser to the customer and partners. Grow and expand Motorola Solutions' market presence across our command central software portfolio. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of software sales experience OR 5+ years of software sales experience OR public safety sales experience. Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels. Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution. Accurately forecast, maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene. Ability to estimate and manage tasks and deliverables to budget and project milestones. Target Base Salary Range: $67,100 - $134,700 USD. Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Travel Requirements: Over 50%.
