Staff Accountant Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated staff accountant with over three years of experience and a bachelor's degree in accounting. This role requires a strong foundation in accounting principles and proficiency in various accounting tasks. Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain journal entries. Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end closing processes. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Prepare and analyze financial statements. Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews. Utilize MS Excel, including pivot tables, for financial data analysis. Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in accounting. Proficiency in MS Excel. Experience with journal entries and general ledger management. Ability to perform reconciliations and month-end processes. Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable. Experience in preparing financial statements and balance sheets. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel pivot tables. Additional Skills & Qualifications
0-1 years of accounting experience is acceptable for entry-level consideration. Work Environment
This position involves working in an office setting with standard business hours. The role requires frequent use of computer software including MS Excel for managing and analyzing financial data. Dress code is business casual. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
