Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling graphics for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Graphic Design for Proposals Design visually engaging graphics, diagrams, and layouts for proposals, ensuring alignment with LEMOINE's brand and client requirements. Create infographics, charts, and illustrations to communicate complex disaster recovery and response concepts effectively to multiple audiences. Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators and technical staff to translate project details into clear, visually appealing graphic content. Verify all graphics meet solicitation requirements, including compliance with RFP specifications and branding guidelines. Perform quality checks on design elements to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across proposal deliverables. Ensure photography and images in proposals with emphasis on only using appropriate and approved imagery following copyright standards. Data and Content Management Organizes graphics and images in a comprehensive file protocol format. Works collaboratively within the firm by sharing information in training documents and other tools to share resources across the firm. Maintain a library of graphic assets, templates, and design standards for efficient proposal production. Marketing Support Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to disaster initiatives. Update and enhance visual assets for company qualifications, project profiles, and client presentations. Support Business Development by creating visually impactful materials for industry events, client meetings, and promotional campaigns. Creative and Administrative Support Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to enhance the visual impact of LEMOINE's brand and client deliverables. Assist in managing proposal schedules, ensuring timely delivery of design elements under tight deadlines. Participate in industry-related programs and seminars to build a professional network and stay informed on new software tools and other important information to continuously improve LEMOINE's brand and client deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field, or equivalent experience required. 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a proposal or marketing environment supporting government clients. Experience utilizing Adobe InDesign to create complex digital or print documents maintaining attention to detail to ensure all content is included in the document. Candidate should be prepared to share a strong portfolio of experience demonstrating expertise in creating infographics, proposal graphics, and marketing collateral. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) is required. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage concurrent assignments under tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical staff. Excellent command of visual design principles, typography, and branding. Strong creative and visual communication skills with attention to detail. Video editing skills and experience are desired but not required. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visuals. Occasional travel and evening/weekend work may be required.
