Vero Beach Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Medical\nDirector to join our AAHA-accredited team! We can offer up to $50K in bonuses comprised of sign-on, retention, and relocation assistance if applicable, and\nthe opportunity for a cash buy-in of up to 10% of the hospital. Located just 2 hours from the parks in Orlando, Vero Beach offers a relaxed atmosphere, affordability, and coastal living—where you can finish your shift and be at the beach in 10 minutes.

The Opportunity:

\nAs the Medical Director at Vero Beach

Veterinary\nHospital,

you will provide medical leadership for the hospital ensuring quality\ncare is provided, while also managing associate veterinarians, and

assuring\nregulatory

compliance.

Alongside\nthe Hospital Manager, you will oversee the financial performance of the\nhospital, preparing operating and capital budgets, and meeting

budget\nexpectations.

Additionally, you and the Hospital Manager will oversee staff and\nthe overall management of the practice, under the direction of

National\nVeterinary

Associates (NVA) Divisional Leadership.

Skills\nand Basic Qualifications: 2+\nyears experience as a DVM A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or related\ndegree from an accredited university Licensure in good standing to practice in the\nstate in which the applicant is to be employed Commitment to practicing the highest standard of\nmedicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics

$185,000 base salary depending\n on experience \n
