As an Instrument Implementation Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering molecular diagnostic solutions to our customers. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth implementation experience from start to finish. Lead implementation projects: Manage end-to-end molecular diagnostic instrument installations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Be the customer's go-to: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, service, and technical teams to align on project goals and execution. Create and manage project plans: Develop detailed timelines, identify resource needs, and manage risks and changes as they arise. Drive continuous improvement: Recommend and implement ways to improve project delivery and team performance. Ensure compliance: Maintain alignment with regulatory standards, quality systems, and company policies. Translate customer and business needs into clear project goals. Identify and coordinate internal and external resources. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans. Ensure projects align with broader business strategies. Mentor team members and provide constructive feedback. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 1 year in leadership/project management role. Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting diagnostics. Accumulating project management experience in order to be eligible to take PMP exam. Proven work experience leveraging: Analytical thinking, Customer Service Orientation, Achievement Orientation, Team Work and Cooperation, Project Management skills. The base pay for this position is $97,300.00
