Passenger Service Manager
We have an amazing opportunity to join our fantastic Menzies Aviation team as a Passenger Service Manager to support the operations in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in Airport Passenger Services Management. Primary duties and responsibilities include: preparing commercial billing data as required for management reports, preparing customer airline reports, building strong relationships with all customer airlines and delivering a customer focused operation, planning resource allocation in each business unit, working closely with employees and providing on the job training and coaching, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, and ensuring safe and secure operations in accordance with the highest possible standards of health, safety, security and all government statutory requirements. Must meet the following minimum requirements: previous management experience and a demonstrable track record of passenger services success, excellent communication skills, ability to build an excellent working relationship with staff, airline customers, airport authorities and suppliers, 3-5 years of aviation industry experience with sound knowledge of passenger operations and procedures, organizing and planning skills, ability to lift at least 70 pounds on a continuous basis, must pass a ten-year background check as required by US Customs, must pass a pre-employment drug test, and must have a current drivers license with no violations over the past 5 years.
