Inspect parts, products and/or processes to insure conformance with standards. Inspects materials or products using fixed or variable measuring instruments. Checks for irregularities and defects. Compares product with parts list to ensure completion of assembly. Verifies specified dimensions on product or material by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned: Coordinates with engineering, sales, and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations. Track defects of homes to establish patterns of nonconformance products. Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives, and systems are in compliance with company and/or applicable federal regulations, continually strives to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility. Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations. Designs and implements quality control training programs to key personnel in conjunction with managers. Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products. Continuous learning of 3280 HUD Standards Maintains monthly inspections and training with production personnel. Any other duties may and will be assigned. Qualifications
