RN - Clinic Nurse

As a RN - Clinic Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in crafting a brighter, healthier future for the diverse communities we serve. In this innovative position, you will be integral to our clinical care team, working within our state-of-the-art outpatient clinic to deliver comprehensive and personalized patient care. Your expertise will ensure seamless support to physicians, impacting lives through every interaction. Join us and drive meaningful change as you engage with each patient visit from pre-planning to completion. Key Responsibilities
Engage in dynamic pre-visit planning by conducting comprehensive reviews and updates of patient charts, ensuring vital test results and correspondence are in place. Prepare patients for examination and treatments by welcoming them from the waiting area, gathering detailed medical histories, and accurately recording vital signs. Ensure the maintenance of pristine exam and treatment rooms and deliver critical patient care services such as injections, blood draws, and assisting with EKGs and office procedures. Efficiently manage medication records, administer medications under provider orders, and address medication requests following practice protocols. Demonstrate clinical acumen by triaging and addressing patient communications promptly and effectively. Qualifications
An active, unrestricted Texas RN license perfect for influential impact within our community. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to ensure high standards of patient care and safety. Certified in CPR & AED, ready to respond and innovate within any clinical situation. A minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, showcasing your adept clinical skills and patient management expertise. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling compassionate communication and understanding within our diverse community. About Legacy Community Health
