Utilize hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to efficiently trim and assemble roto molded slides. Prepare finished slides for shipping by packing them into boxes. Monitor production output, ensure product quality, track scrapped parts, and report to the Roto Technicians daily. Contribute ideas to enhance production processes for improved time management and quality work habits. Responsibilities Use hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to trim and assemble roto molded slides. Pack finished slides in boxes for shipment to customers. Track production output, product quality, and scrapped parts, and communicate this information to Roto Technicians daily. Offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and power tools. Mechanical aptitude. Production experience. Computer skills. Ability to use a tape measure. Capability to perform heavy lifting. Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with trimming molded plastic parts is preferred. Experience with operating molding equipment is desirable.
