Customer Consultant I

The Customer Consultant I responds to customer inquiries via telephone. Essential Duties/Responsibilities include answering the phones for the bank location, assisting customers with routine account-related requests, and providing general Online and Mobile Banking support. The role also involves performing general maintenance of customer accounts and researching and resolving customer problems. Job Qualifications include skill in understanding customer needs, knowledge of banking compliance regulations, effective time management, strong verbal and written communication skills, and knowledge of using internet software. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, and previous customer service experience is preferred. Working Conditions describe a professional office environment where the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, and specific vision abilities are needed. The role is largely sedentary, and the employee may have to lift up to 25 pounds. Starting Rate of Pay is from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
