The Operations Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the performance of their team and coach for team success. This position ensures coverage is adequate and assigns tasks and focuses to team members as seen fit according to schedule and business need. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing support and training for the day-to-day activities in the Staffing Department in addition to the Staffing Specialist & Client Account Manager duties. The Operations Supervisor also looks to develop, optimize procedures within staffing department. Location:
Our corporate office is located in Milford, Iowa. We work and live where others vacation! We offer the option to work full-time onsite or hybrid.

This team member will work full-time on-site at our corporate office, with the option to work from home one day a week. Schedule:
As a Operations Supervisor, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST. Salary:
The salary range for this position is$40,000-$45,000/annually. Salary will be based on experience, wages are received weekly, with the option to earn it sooner with Instant Pay! Total compensation view:
Medical insurance: premium as low as $13.75 per week, Basic Life Insurance: $50,000, 401k: up to 4% employer match, bonuses/incentives: numerous opportunities.
A day in the life of an Operations Supervisor: Resolve escalated HCP, client complaints and conflicts in a professional manner Provide timely briefings to Director of Operations, as necessary, or as requested Act as resource for any staffing process issues Support and drive staffing team to fill open needs or refill self-canceled needs Encourage and monitor staffing team's daily contact with active HCPs Communicate consistently and effectively with staffing team on the phone, email, and online Perform ongoing performance evaluations and implement performance improvements as necessary Train and audit staffing team processes Ensure after-hours staffing team is informed on all processes and audit for accuracy and compliance Prioritize activities and responsibilities for each after-hours shift to ensure clarity of roles and proper shift coverage Build and maintain positive relationships with Staffing team via proactive and responsive business relations Provide excellent customer service on all after-hours team to enhance HCP and facility client retention, to include replying to messages (via telephone, Email, fax, etc.) in a timely and appropriate manner Research and implement creative and effective staffing techniques Recruit healthcare staff to meet facility contract needs or per diem staffing needs by utilizing available scheduling system resources as well as other resources when needed Communicate effectively to coworkers to achieve the company goals and standards Give input on any process to ensure the most effective output Coordinate monthly after-hours schedule
