Location: Sioux Falls, SD Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Multiple Shifts Available About the Role: We're looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that produces high-quality plastic products used across various industries. As a Machine Operator, you'll be hands-on with production equipment, ensuring machines run smoothly and products meet quality standards. What You'll Do: Set up, operate, and monitor injection molding or thermoforming machines. Perform quality checks and document production data. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate with maintenance when needed. Keep your work area clean and organized. Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work closely with other operators and supervisors to meet production goals. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
