As the asset management industry continues to undergo significant changes this role is designed to ensure that State Street Investment Management ("State Street IM") adapts its distribution strategy to meet the needs of a broader range of potential clients with a focus on meeting the evolving needs of investor demographics, staying abreast of technological advancements and responding to market dynamics. Development and Leadership of New Distribution Function within State Street IM
Lead the development of State Street IM's Digital Wealth Channel: With the projected growth of the digital wealth market you will develop and oversee State Street IM's digital wealth platforms to build market share, enhance client engagement and improve accessibility. Develop and execute the Direct Retail strategy for State Street IM by implementing strategies to engage directly with retail investors expanding State Street IM's client base beyond its traditional institutional and intermediated segments. Create and manage and ETF-as-service platform to enable third party organisations to leverage State Street IM's ETF infrastructure and continuing to build State Street IM's leadership in this expanding market. Identify and establish partnerships outside the traditional intermediary and institutional segments to include fintech collaborations and alternative distribution networks. Support the development & articulation of strategic plans and translate this strategy into actionable plans Identify opportunities in new markets or market segments to grow the business Build on State Street IM leadership position to provide differentiated solutions to investors Build relationships with sales teams to best support their prospecting and client relationship management needs, ensuring effectiveness in the field and communicating results to senior leadership Lead strategic planning for growth initiatives, competitive intelligence and business projects Facilitate shared understanding of the Next Gen distribution strategy and priorities across key stakeholders Governance and Risk Excellence
Ensure robust governance and compliance with contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations Act as the senior in-region escalation point for client issues, and for regulatory and other matters across the business that impact the client coverage function Provide leadership to governance committees sharing expertise, insights and ensuring cross functional participation Ensure a control environment that supports a compliance and risk culture Organisational Leadership
Lead collaboration across State Street Bank divisions to promote the franchise and create a strong outcome for our clients Identify opportunities to partner with Institutional Services and Global Markets divisions to develop and deliver "One State Street" solutions to clients Attend executive meetings to ensure the highest level of connectivity and contribute to the tactical priorities of the business Lead initiatives designed to maintain State Street IM and State Street organisational culture, fiduciary mindset and improve employee experience Foster a culture of speaking up when there is an issue and group accountability Promote a culture of continuous improvement What We Value

Minimum of 15 years of experience selling to and/or servicing institutions 7+ years of meaningful sales leadership experience, including success positioning active strategies and exceeding growth targets Experience in an Investment Management organisation, ideally with knowledge in sales management practices Experience in dealing with institutional and intermediaries business in Europe Existing industry profile and relationships that can accelerate the success of sales initiatives Track record of building complex solutions with and for clients, including active and multi-asset class strategies About State Street
