assessing and benchmarking financial processes, people and technology and providing strategic advisory and improvement recommendations, leading process design and improvement efforts and helping to manage finance workstreams and teams across full life cycle systems implementations. Solves complex finance and business challenges
responsible for architecting the overall process design using proven business process management techniques and leading practices principles. Leads process design and implementation aspect of engagements ensuring high quality, integrated business and software solutions within constraints of time and budget. Demonstrates leadership in transforming client business processes leveraging digital and cloud technologies while navigating change management issues to implement cutting edge solutions. Interacts with the key stakeholders and business owners to map ERP Finance and EPM Cloud applications aligned with leading business processes and conduct gap/impact analysis. Effectively works with the solution/functional team, where necessary, to deliver successful solutions for clients. Lead and manage finance projects and teams throughout the full systems life cycle; expected to play the role of Project Manager on projects. Scope, Plan and help to position Finance Transformation Consulting projects; support additional pre-sales activities as necessary. Successfully delivers the client as a reference for Accenture services, speak at public forums and refer Inspirage to other prospective clients. Fosters a continuous improvement culture enhancing / developing IP and is an active thought leader. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's what you need: Minimum of 8 years of working knowledge and expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Applications. Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing one the following: Oracle Cloud Planning, and/or Hyperion Planning, or Oracle Profit and Cost Management (PCM). Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing one the following: Financial Consolidation and Close, and or Hyperon Financial Management (HFM). Minimum of 6 years of finance and consulting experience, preferably in a professional services firm. Successfully completed 1 full life cycle EPM Cloud implementation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience. Bonus points: You have a Finance or Accounting degree. You have a solid understanding of the Finance function specifically Financial Planning & Analysis, including operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices. You have significant engagement management as well as business, practice, and people development. You have experience leading a project and leading a project team of at least 5+ resources. You have knowledge in Controllership processes including technical accounting (GAAP/IFRS standards), accounting operations, month-end close, consolidations, and reporting. You have a MBA and/or CPA license. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
