Responsibilities Assist senior agents
in conducting market research and analysis to identify potential commercial real estate opportunities. Support the preparation
of property listings, marketing materials, and presentations for client meetings. Coordinate property showings
and assist in the organization of open houses and client tours. Maintain and update
client databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information. Participate in networking events
and industry conferences to build relationships and expand professional knowledge. Assist in the negotiation
of lease and sale agreements under the guidance of senior agents. Provide administrative support
to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries. Qualifications Strong interest
in commercial real estate and a desire to build a career in the industry. Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members. Proven ability
to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills
with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Willingness to learn
and adapt to new technologies and industry practices. Self-motivated
with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving results. Valid driver's license
and reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings. Active
