Located in the beautiful northern coastal area of San Diego, California, Montecatini specializes in the treatment of eating disorders for female identifying and non-binary individuals ages 12 and up. Providing comprehensive care for anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, ARFID, and other forms of disordered eating, as well as co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Recruiting for Behavioral Health Associate for up to 5 days a week AM/PM Shifts AM 6:30am-3:00pm Shift PM 2:30pm-11:00pm shift No overnight shifts This position is responsible for monitoring patient activities throughout the day including: Eating meals/snacks with patients Provides milieu support Crisis intervention/management Assist patients in managing challenges they face throughout the day Taking patients to outings/appointments Household duties Solid boundaries and a strong work ethic are a must for this position! All candidates must be willing to eat with and supervise the patients during mealtime. Some psychiatric experience and eating disorder experience is preferred. Bachelor's Degree (or in progress) in psychology or related field, required. Working with clients who struggle with an eating disorder is highly unique and rewarding. The knowledge you will gain will be invaluable in expanding your experience working in the healthcare industry. Must be 21 years or older and clear driving record is required. Compensation for roles at Montecatini varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Montecatini provides a reasonable hourly range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California as set forth below.
