We believe Love and Technology can make education better. Think Academy U.S. Online is seeking a Full-Time Management Trainee for our Website Growth & Performance Team. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about online math education and aspire to become future leaders in the industry. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate across our teaching, user operations, and business development departments, gaining comprehensive exposure to how a leading online education platform delivers high-quality instruction and drives business growth. This is a fast-track opportunity with the potential to be promoted into a management-level role within 23 years, based on performance. Think Academy's official website is our core platform for reaching, engaging, and converting users in the U.S. market. You will be involved in website structure optimization, user journey design, content coordination, Google keyword advertising, and conversion funnel development. Your work will help make our website the central hub for nurturing leads, driving conversions, and supporting long-term customer relationships. Website Structure & User Journey Optimization Assist in reviewing and improving the structure and navigation of various website pages Participate in designing user journeys for different user types Work closely with design, academic, and development teams to implement core page improvements Google Keyword Advertising & Conversion Optimization Assist in developing Google Search keyword strategies under mentor guidance Monitor campaign performance, update ad copy, and conduct basic keyword research Track and analyze advertising metrics (CTR, conversion rate, CPA) and propose actionable optimization ideas Collaborate with the website optimization team to ensure ad landing pages meet user needs and improve conversion rates Conversion Funnel & Data Tracking Help design and improve the conversion flow from website visits to sign-ups and bookings Participate in tracking implementation, data collection, and analysis to verify funnel effectiveness Assist in identifying bottlenecks and propose data-backed optimization suggestions Project Execution & Cross-Department Collaboration Support project goal setting, task breakdown, and progress tracking under mentor guidance Coordinate between UI, content, technical, and academic teams to ensure smooth execution Assist in project review and results analysis Math Instruction (~8 teaching hours/week) Deliver online math classes as part of your rotational training Gain insight into user needs and hands-on teaching experience to integrate into future products or business decisions Classes on Friday evenings and Saturdays will be required Working Schedule: Tuesday-Friday Onsite Saturday WFH What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree (or expected graduation) in Marketing, Education, Communications, Business Analytics, or related fields Strong interest in the education industry, digital marketing, advertising, and user experience optimization Good logical thinking, learning ability, and execution skills; able to quickly adapt under guidance Team player with problem-solving mindset and a sense of ownership Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, digital marketing, or UI/UX principles Experience in campus projects, website building, content operations, or event planning Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Clarity Compensation & Benefits Structure: Total Compensation Package: $85,000-$100,000 Includes Base Salary: $69,000-$75,000 + Guaranteed Teaching Salary: $12,000+$15,000 + Teaching & Performance Bonus: Up to 15% Extensive hands-on experience and the opportunity to own and lead impactful projects from an early stage; Fast-track path to management-level roles within 23 years, supported by structured mentorship and direct coaching from experienced leaders 401k and Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance H1B Sponsorship available for eligible candidates As part of a global education company, you may have the chance to collaborate with international branches, engage with our headquarters, or explore cross-border career opportunities Relocation Allowance available Think Academy is an equal opportunity employer.
