Position Summary:
Manage
high volume,
full-cycle recruitment including candidate sourcing, resume review, phone screens, interviews,
and
build
ing
pipelines for a variety of positions.
Plan
,
develop
and
implement recruitment
and retention strategies for Silver Cross Hospital
, Medical Groups
and associated Medical Centers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Recruit top talent for
all levels of
positions in both the clinical and non-clinical areas.
Provide
high level
consultation
o
n
recruitment/retention
strategies
for
hiring
managers
.
Partner and collaborat
e
with hiring managers to
identify
recruitment priorities,
determine
,
and prepare candidate selection method/criteria
and
salary offer
s
for selected candidates
,
within compensation guidelines.
Prepare, present, and negotiate job
offers
to candidates
in
a timely
and efficient manner.
Build
and cultivate pipeline of current and future candidates utilizing recruitment tools including but
not
limited to ATS, job boards, social media platforms, recruitment events, professional
associations,
and
other
organizations.
Interview applicants using behavioral
-
based interviewing methods to
determine
the most
qualified
candidates.
Maintain
and update
applicant flow within
ATS to
ensure data is current and up to date.
Guide
new hires through the pre-employment, hiring and training processes
.
Facilitate New Hire Orientation
.
Be a trusted HR
team
member
by providing support, coverage and training to HR
team
and other stakeholders
.
Identify
opportunities for process improvement
for talent acquisition and other
integrated
practices
.
Provide HR coverage,
training,
and best practices
.
Administrative duties and recordkeeping as assigned.
Provides the highest standard of privacy and confidentiality in matters involving
applicants,
candidates, employees
, other healthcare
workers,
and the hospital by
adhering to all workplace policies and
abiding by the Standards of Conduct
.
Serve as an ambassador for Silver Cross and represent the hospital and its entities in the community and organizations that are sources for talent.
Required Qualifications
: Education and Training
: Bachelor's degree
in business, healthcare, or related field
required
.
Proven experience in
high
volume, full
-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and
behavior-based
interviewing
preferred.
Strong, critical thinking skills
required
.
Excellent customer service
skills:
strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and
verbal
required
.
Working knowledge of
Applicant
Tracking System
required
.
Team oriented.
Excellent computer
skills:
Excel, Word, Power Point
preferred.
Work Shift Details: Days, This is a Monday through Friday position.
