Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator, you are our director of first impressions and the main contact for our visitors and vendors. You are responsible for providing a welcoming environment to all visitors, vendors, clients, and consultants. Additionally, you will assist with meeting coordination and presentation setup/breakdown; perform miscellaneous administrative tasks; maintain overall office organization; assist with employee onboarding; and contribute to project-based support as time permits. The successful candidate will: Greet all visitors, vendors, and employees as the face of the office Answer incoming general office calls Coordinate conference rooms, events, meetings, and culture events Manage inventory of office and kitchenette supplies Assist with travel reservations, manage office calendars, and distribute mail Manage coordination with vendors Distribute relevant information to staff regarding local activities and events Coordinate overall office organization and cleanliness Assist with onboarding new employees Coordinate regular office maintenance and building services Required Qualifications: 3 or more years of experience in relevant client-facing customer service role (i.e. administrative assistant or receptionist) Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Knowledge and use of Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam Knowledge of general business procedures and use of office equipment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proactive, independent thinker with ability to prioritize work High attention to detail and high organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry Pay Range: $22 - $30 USD
