Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager who will be responsible and accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects and programs. The ideal candidate will excel in executing programs to meet business financial goals and developing program strategies for successful execution. Responsibilities

Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned projects and programs. Execute programs to meet business financial goals. Develop program strategy, vision, and direction for program execution by multifunctional teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants. Lead program teams composed of multidisciplinary personnel including design engineers, manufacturing, and test for major programs. Responsible for new program capture, leading or supporting proposal preparation. Articulate program cost and schedule performance to leadership and provide strategies for execution and improvement. Enhance relationships with established customers and prime partners. Maintain effective customer interfaces and lead all contract formal reviews with customers. Communicate program status and risks to management. Develop corrective actions to mitigate issues and align resources effectively. Essential Skills

Demonstrated excellence in Program Management principles. Experience in program planning, progress measurement, team coordination, and leadership. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in a technical context. Leadership, organizational, communication, motivational, mentorship, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen. Knowledge and experience in Risk & Opportunity management. Ability to analyze and respond appropriately to customer issues. Reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail. Team building and professional behavior. Experience in managing technical development by subcontractors. Proficiency with MS Office including MS Project. Capture and proposal management experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with undersea acoustic systems is preferred. A degree in Engineering or an MBA is preferred. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired. Work Environment
