As the Supervisor

Accounting, Record to Report, you will support the Controllership function within Fanatics Collectibles by executing core financial close and reporting activities. This role helps ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of monthly accounting functions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership across accounting, finance, and shared services. This is a hands-on role ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional; specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and internal reporting packages Assist in preparing balance sheet, and P&L analyses Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts Assist with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations Prepare ad hoc financial reporting requests, other analyses and special projects requested by management Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives Support audit preparation and respond to internal and external auditor inquiries Work cross-functionally with Tax, FP&A, Treasury, and Shared Services teams Contribute to scaling the accounting function through systems and process enhancements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required 35 years of relevant accounting experience; mix of public and private preferred Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and strong Excel skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Team-oriented mindset with desire to collaborate and grow CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred, but not required Experience with intercompany accounting and/or inventory a plus
