Grading Foreman - Per Diem Offered
Immediate opportunity for a Grading Foreman with surveying experience to assist the Heavy Equipment Operator to grade out pads for townhomes in Nashville. Job Duties: -Will be reading civil site plans, work with operator on cuts, fills, and slopes. -Ensure work is done accurately and efficiently. -Coordinate with the Site Super and the GC. -Maintain safety and production on site. Pay is up to $40 BOE and $120 per day per diem. Working 40+ hours each week. First Shift. There are 2-3 properties that need to be graded for foundations and drainage. Work is a month to 2 months. -Must be able to read and interpret grading plans, direct the operator, and oversee the day to day grading operations. -Good communication skills area must along with ability to work well with team members.
