Taurus Power and Controls - a Pacific Northern Environmental LLC Company, is seeking a Control Panel Technician who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service to our company, clients, and employees. Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC consists of five divisions including Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET), Taurus Power and Controls (Taurus), Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), Pacific Northern Environmental Construction (PNEC), and WasteXpress Environmental (WXE). Together, we specialize in commercial and petroleum construction, industrial and commercial electrical, industrial cleaning, and hazardous waste disposal. PNE LLC is a multi-state organization with operating offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii. In addition, we carry out projects across the United States. Since 1985, Taurus has been designing control systems, automating tasks, and fabricating control panels for industrial, municipal, and commercial customers-on time and on budget. Taurus is a NETA Accredited Company that offers full-service, third party, independent testing for all electrically powered systems and equipment. Being a 24/7 field service company remains at the core of what we do. We have expertise in a wide array of systems and industries, whether it's servicing projects we developed, or systems built by others. The Control Panel Technician is to work in our UL508 Panel Shop on site at our Tualatin location. Education and Experience Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent, technical school attendance is a plus Ability to understand and work from schematics. Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology required. Ability to communicate effectively with peers and management. Good customer relations skills and self-starter Strong in attention to detail and organizational skills Basic Computer Skills and good math skills Availability to work overtime (dependent on company workload) Ability to distinguish between different colored wires. Experience in control panel fabrication a plus Proficiency utilizing hand and basic power tools Duties and Responsibilities

The Control Panel Technician possessing the education and experience listed above performs the following: Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication Communicate red line changes to Engineer or Team Leader for revision prior to completion Communicates effectively with all team members, leads, builders, engineers and the Project Manager The ability to meet deadlines under pressure A high standard of quality and attention to detail. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

The candidate must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions: Move about the jobsite as needed. Move work related equipment up to 50lbs. Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. Operate various technological devices, including but not limited to a computer. Employee Benefit Program
