The posted compensation range of $11.41 - $15.69 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities: Leads the work of Environmental Services employees in the absence of the supervisor Displays mission, vision and values of the Hospital by demonstrating courteous and professional behavior towards patients, physicians, visitors, volunteers and other employees Follows infection control/prevention practices and safety practices in all activities Requires leadership responsibilities and ability to team build and motivate employees. Requires a normal, responsive relationship indicating sensitivity to other people.
