Concrete Carpenter

The role involves conducting general labor work progressing to finishing tasks in concrete carpentry. Responsibilities include all duties tied with pouring concrete, erecting forms, and finishing. Site preparation, rebar installation, minimal forms setting, and concrete pouring are essential tasks. Successful candidates will be proficient in using a bull float and power concrete screed. Responsibilities

Conduct general labor work related to concrete construction. Pour concrete and set up forms for various projects. Finish concrete surfaces using bull float and power screed tools. Prepare sites, install rebar, and manage concrete pours. Engage in flatwork and detailed concrete slab finishing. Handle hand tools and power tools effectively. Perform heavy lifting tasks as required. Measure and ensure precision using tape measures. Essential Skills

5+ years of experience in concrete form setting. 5+ years of concrete carpentry expertise. 5+ years in concrete construction and finishing. Proficiency in curb, gutter, and wall construction. Solid tenure in residential or commercial concrete settings. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Finisher/form setter experience in residential concrete construction is preferred. Commercial experience is valuable but requires solid tenure. Experience with concrete pouring, form setting, and finishing is ideal. Comfortable with daily travel to and from job sites. Why Work Here?

Candidates will meet the team on site for local jobs, while jobs outside the valley may require extensive travel. The majority of work is residential, though some commercial projects are included. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scottsdale, Arizona. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
