Production Support Associate
Joffrey's Coffee and Tea Company have been rapidly expanding our business and are now searching for a full-time Production Support Associate to sustain our growth. In business since 1984, Joffrey's has been the leading specialty coffee roaster in Tampa Bay and a top-tier provider in our segment nationwide. Our thriving online consumer business is off the charts as we release new roasts, origins and flavors, new packaging formats and brewing techniques for fans to enjoy at home. Plus, we have free AMAZING coffee brewed here daily. Tracking product from Roasting through Production processing according to scheduling. Logging appropriate data when needed and according to coffee type/container type. Accurately measuring and distributing coffee and coffee components according to scheduling. Completing the scheduled coffees that are required to be flavored or ground for shipments or production. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintaining a constant overview of area specified scheduling and identifying product movement within process based on production scheduling. Accurately measuring and distributing the coffees and coffee components associated with the daily production needs and scheduling. Operating all types of grinders, mixers, ribbon blenders and auto-feeder within the given workstations. About You:
2 to 3 years of warehouse and/or machine operator experience in a food manufacturing environment or factory related type field a plus. Has basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Must be able to read and understand English. Adaptive learner. Forklift operator experience a plus.
