The Senior Manager of Product Optimization at Macy's is responsible for ensuring all products on Macys.com meet or exceed content and attribution standards. This role will oversee a team comprised of both on-shore and off-shore colleagues to onboard new product as well as optimize existing as needed. This role involves defining processes, collaborating with various teams, and closely monitoring performance across the teams to ensure KPIs are being met. What You Will Do

Serve as a subject matter expert of PDP (Product Detail Page) content & attribution standards & elevation for your category of business. Regularly review opportunities for improvements to content and attribution standards based on market analysis. Create and maintain training content for merchants & vendors to ensure new product submission meets or exceeds standards. Lead a team of both on-shore and off-shore colleagues to deliver best in class product pages. Regularly review and leverage internal PDP Health and Attribution reporting to hold teams accountable. Analyze internal JIRA reporting to identify opportunities with process efficiencies. Advocate for enhancements needed to improve systems and processes. Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned. Skills You Will Need

BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of related experience in retail, site merchandising, or marketing. Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners. Ability to lead a cross functional team. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Creative and strategic problem-solving skills. Flexibility in work schedule based on department needs. Who You Are

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel.
