Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is a 280-bed acute care campus located in the heart of Grosse Pointe. Opened in 1945 by the Sisters of Bon Secours, it was acquired by Beaumont Health System in October 2007. Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital offers medical, surgical, emergency, obstetric and critical care services. In March 2012, the Cotton Family Birth Center at Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital was designated a Baby-Friendly birth center by Baby-Friendly USA. Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is also home to The James and Patricia Anderson Surgical Center, a leading-edge, hybrid surgical suite offering advanced learning, technological advancements and a wide array of procedures ranging from traditional to minimally invasive approaches. Scope Of Work
Under supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology. Technologists must demonstrate good clinical skills and provide the best possible images for interpretation. Applies principles of radiation protection and complies with regulations. Assumes responsibility for designated area and provides clinical instruction as appropriate. Follows Corewell health philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times. Qualifications
Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program. Training gained at student level. Required CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist 180 Days required CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association Upon Hire required Or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross Upon Hire required Primary Location SITE - Grosse Pointe Hospital - 468 Cadieux - Grosse Pointe Department Name Diagnostic Radiology Generals - Grosse Pointe Employment Type Full time Shift Weekly Scheduled Hours 40 Hours Of Work Days Worked Weekend Frequency CURRENT COREWELL HEALTH TEAM MEMBERS
