What You'll Do: Lead and manage a high-performing HVAC service department Train and develop technicians on technical expertise and sales techniques to boost team performance Optimize scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency Ensure top-notch customer service, acting as a bridge between customers, field staff, and office teams Stay ahead of industry trends, keeping your team up to date with the latest HVAC technology Track and report team performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement What You Bring: 3+ years of HVAC management experience (residential/light commercial) Strong technical diagnostic skills across all HVAC systems, from basic to high-efficiency inverter systems A passion for leading, coaching, and developing a team Strong sales acumen and the ability to train techs on upselling and service techniques Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong computer skills Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
