AGBO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Publicity Intern to join our team for Fall 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates passionate about entertainment marketing, public relations, and brand strategy. The Intern will work closely with the Marketing team to support initiatives across publicity, social media, branding, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced team. AGBO is proud to offer an educational internship program with meaningful preparation for future careers in entertainment. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including calendar management, data entry, meeting prep, note-taking, and document organization. Assist in drafting and copyediting PR-related communications including: Weekly newsletters, bios, press and influencer lists, and internal marketing documents. Assist in asset organization for social media. Conduct light research on industry trends, award deadlines, and creative vendors. Help prepare decks, presentations, and recaps for internal use. Monitor media coverage, update press breaks and internal trackers. Assist with events and press days where appropriate. Qualifications & Skills: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studios, Film/TV, or a related field. Junior/Senior applications only. Passion for entertainment marketing and a strong understanding of digital trends, social media landscape. Strong familiarity with AGBO's past and present Film/TV slate, company leadership, key creative collaborators, and social media presence. Previous internship in public relations, entertainment publicity, or marketing is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with press kits, editorial calendars, media lists, and publicity workflows. Strong organizational and time management skills, highly detail-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva is required. Basic knowledge of short-form video editing and graphic design tools is a plus. Understanding of the entertainment and social media landscape. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A self-starter who is proactive, reliable, and excited to learn. About the Program: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Studios, Film/TV, or a related field.
