Job Summary:
The Clinical Pharmacist (Oncology) is responsible for the appropriate and accurate drug distribution to hospital inpatients and outpatients. Evaluates appropriateness of drug regimen and ensures timely preparation and delivery. Participates in clinical areas, making rounds, interviewing patients, and formulating drug care plans. Oversees the work of Pharmacy Technicians and serves as a resource to the department and other hospital staff. Specifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of pharmacy. Current pharmacist licensure within the State of Rhode Island. BLS (CPR) certification desired. Hospital experience preferred. Care New England Health System (CNE):
