Join our esteemed law firm and lead a high-performing team within our U.S. Billing Operations! About the Role:
As a Billing Manager, you will oversee a dedicated team within the U.S. billing function, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency. Your focus will be on leadership, service, process excellence, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Leadership:
Inspire and guide a team of billing analysts. Management:
Oversee team workload and develop talent. Service:
Ensure exemplary customer service to our Firm's partners and clients. Operational Excellence:
Ensure quality work and improve team practices and workflows. Stakeholder Communication:
Ensure clear communication and champion process enhancements. Strategic Support:
Work closely with departmental leadership and peers on projects and initiatives. What We're Looking For: Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of five years of professional experience, with legal billing leadership experience highly valued. Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience in legal billing and proficiency in legal billing software (Aderant preferred). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Traits:
