Financial Reporting Manager

to join their team in Stamford, CT. This high-impact

hands-on individual contributor role

is ideal for someone ready to

step into a Manager title . Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will support financial operations and global consolidations while owning key functions including internal reporting, G/L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate has experience as a Senior Auditor at a CPA firm,

experienced with private company audits and seeking a hands-on in-house finance role . This is a compelling opportunity to join a profitable, growth-focused company with healthy margins and a strong and supportive executive team. Financial Reporting Manager (Public Accounting Exp. Pref.) – Hybrid Responsibilities •

Consolidate financials across global business units •

Prepare internal financial reporting packages and KPI analysis •

Assist in the preparation of journal entries and reconciliations across various business units •

Support monthly and yearly close process •

Analyze general ledger activity and ensure accurate financial reporting •

Assist in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting •

Maintain cash management processes and support insurance renewals •

Provide schedules and support for financial audits as needed •

Collaborate with banking partners to improve treasury operations •

Work cross-functionally to drive process improvements and system upgrades •

Support tax deliverables in collaboration with internal and external teams Financial Reporting Manager (Public Accounting Exp. Pref.) – Hybrid Qualifications •

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required •

3+ years of finance/accounting or audit experience required •

Strong understanding of G/L, debits, and credits required •

Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new software is required •

Ability to work on-site 3-4 days per week is required
