Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and update hypervisors, virtual machines, servers, and storage devices. Ensure backups are current and accessible. Support third-party applications from a system perspective. Plan and execute the migration of on-premises Active Directory to Azure Active Directory. Develop and implement a comprehensive migration strategy. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure stability and performance. Implement best practices for security, compliance, and data integrity. Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users. Document procedures and configurations for future reference. Qualifications
Work Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7-10 years of proven experience as a Systems Administrator. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Linux, VMware, and backup solutions. Proficiency with PowerShell scripting. Experience with Active Directory to Azure migrations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Required certifications: MCSA or MCSE; Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. INDA #J-18808-Ljbffr
