n n n Basic Qualifications: n n n
 n n n •  Must be 18 years of age or older    n n n •  No experience required and on the job training providedn n n •  No high school diploma, GED or college degree requiredn n n
 n n n Preferred Qualifications: n n n
 n n n •  Customer service experience n n n •  1 year of similar work experiencen n n
 n n n Responsibilities: n n n
 n n n •  Clean and maintain buildings/facilitiesn n n •  Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixturesn n n •  Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems n n n •  Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.n n n •  Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities n n n •  Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipmentn n n •  Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks n n n •  Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees n n n •  Wash and replace blindsn n n •  Gather and empty trash n n n •  Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks n n n •  Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas n n n •  Service, clean, and supply restroomsn n n
