Your Role: As a CNA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing exceptional care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with daily activities including personal hygiene
- Responding to resident calls with compassion and care
- Ensuring dietary needs are met by understanding individual preferences and restrictions
- Recording vital signs under the direction of nursing staff
- Alerting nursing staff to any changes in resident health or behavior
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
