Join our client in the pharmaceutical space's dynamic in-house agency team as an Account Executive II and serve as a primary liaison between agency and brand teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment, contributing directly to our brand teams' business objectives and sales goals.Responsibilities:
nServe as the primary liaison between the Ad Agency and brand teams, managing day-to-day relationships.
nProvide strategic direction and counsel to brand teams, partnering with creative staff and external resources to help meet business objectives.
nCollaborate with brand teams in the development of creative briefs.
nRecommend key promotional tactics aligned with brand strategy and goals.
nMaintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process, including project initiation, kickoff, collaboration, approvals, production, and archiving.
nReview creative development from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, client expectations, budgets, and timelines.
nFacilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
nIssue client contact reports to ensure quick communication to all stakeholders.
nTrack time daily and conduct monthly financial reconciliations.
nQualifications:
nExperienced Agency Account Management: Proven ability to think strategically and provide solutions that help marketing partners achieve their objectives.
nAgency Workflow Expertise: A thorough understanding of the Agency Workflow Process, from project initiation to archiving, including collaboration and approvals.
nPrioritization & Multi-tasking: Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple products, tasks, and client domains to enhance productivity and manage workload.
nDetail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, capable of overseeing multiple projects and client specifics.
nRelationship Building: Broad experience in developing relationships and growing accounts.
nSkills:
nPharmaceutical Experience: Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product attributes, marketing objectives, target audience, competitive environment, market dynamics, and medical/regulatory/legal considerations.
nDigital Background: Familiarity with online tools, apps, and digital solutions critical to success in the pharmaceutical marketing space.
nIn-house ad agency/ad agency experience a plus.
