Location: Mettawa, IL (Hybrid: 3 days Onsite / 2 Remote) Contract Duration: 1 year (based on performance and business needs)Job Type: ContractCompensation Range: $33 - 36 per hourAre you an experienced Agency Account Manager with a knack for strategic thinking and a passion for marketing? Join our client in the pharmaceutical space's dynamic in-house agency team as an Account Executive II and serve as a primary liaison between agency and brand teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise in a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment, contributing directly to our brand teams' business objectives and sales goals.Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the Ad Agency and brand teams, managing day-to-day relationships.

n

Provide strategic direction and counsel to brand teams, partnering with creative staff and external resources to help meet business objectives.

n

Collaborate with brand teams in the development of creative briefs.

n

Recommend key promotional tactics aligned with brand strategy and goals.

n

Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process, including project initiation, kickoff, collaboration, approvals, production, and archiving.

n

Review creative development from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, client expectations, budgets, and timelines.

n

Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

n

Issue client contact reports to ensure quick communication to all stakeholders.

n

Track time daily and conduct monthly financial reconciliations.

n

Qualifications:

n

Experienced Agency Account Management: Proven ability to think strategically and provide solutions that help marketing partners achieve their objectives.

n

Agency Workflow Expertise: A thorough understanding of the Agency Workflow Process, from project initiation to archiving, including collaboration and approvals.

n

Prioritization & Multi-tasking: Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple products, tasks, and client domains to enhance productivity and manage workload.

n

Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, capable of overseeing multiple projects and client specifics.

n

Relationship Building: Broad experience in developing relationships and growing accounts.

n

Skills:

n

Pharmaceutical Experience: Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product attributes, marketing objectives, target audience, competitive environment, market dynamics, and medical/regulatory/legal considerations.

n

Digital Background: Familiarity with online tools, apps, and digital solutions critical to success in the pharmaceutical marketing space.

n

In-house ad agency/ad agency experience a plus.
